Yet another spectacular venue at Zorlu PSM is the Turkcell Platinum Stage, which has natural acoustic features.
The stage covers a total area of 315 m2, including a performance area of 156 m2 with a width of 12 m., a depth of 13 m. and a fly bar height of 12 m., and a technical preparation area. It is a sophisticated theater with a sound system meticulously designed and selected for natural acoustics. Turkcell Platinum Stage, also equipped with the latest technology, boosts unique sound, light and video equipment.
Consisting of a 717-seat auditorium, balcony and parterre area, the Drama Stage has hosted a variety of performances so far, including the musical “Seni Seviyorum, Mükemmelsin, Şimdi Değiş”, Zorlu PSM’s production in collaboration with Talimhane Theater, the theater play “Yoldan Çıkan Oyun”, “Smashed”, an extraordinary silent theater experience, as well as local theater troupes and “Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre”, acknowledged as one of the best ensembles to stage Shakespeare’s plays. From plays by Zorlu Children’s Theater to performances by Fazıl Say, Riff Cohen, Sir James Galway and very own young jazz artist Karsu, the stage has hosted a wide range of shows and was home to various corporate events such as those by Vatan Computer, Parıltı Derneği Hababamla El Ele and a Keller Williams event, MegaCamp.
