Doors open at 20:00 and the event begins at 21:00.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, schedule, and programme.
• This event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the event.
• All guests, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket to enter the venue.
• Doors open at 20:00 and the event begins at 21:00.
• Entry after the performance has started may be restricted, delayed until a suitable break, or denied in accordance with the organiser's and venue management's procedures.
Tickets & Entry
• Each ticket is valid only for the date, time, and seat indicated on the ticket.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to verify the identity of all ticket holders upon entry. Only a valid government-issued ID card, passport or driver's licence will be accepted. Screenshots, digital copies or any other forms of identification will not be considered valid.
• For security reasons, all guests may be subject to bag and personal searches upon entry. Guests who refuse security screening may be denied admission.
• Discounted tickets purchased under the Garanti BBVA Genç category are subject to availability and are valid only upon presentation of a valid student ID.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of discounted ticket categories.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest deemed unsuitable for the event, with a full refund of the ticket price.
Venue Rules
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue, as food and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM.
• Professional cameras, photography equipment, audio recording devices and professional video recording equipment are not permitted unless otherwise authorised by the organiser.
• Mobile phone policies may vary depending on the event. Guests are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones on silent mode and refrain from using them in a manner that may disturb performers or other guests.
• Knives, sharp objects, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, or any items deemed hazardous or capable of compromising public safety are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests found smoking indoors may be removed from the venue without prior warning and without entitlement to a ticket refund.
• Cloakroom facilities are available. Zorlu PSM accepts no responsibility for personal belongings that have not been deposited in the cloakroom.
• Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the auditorium and must be left at the cloakroom.
• Zorlu PSM accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings. Any found items will be handled in accordance with Zorlu PSM's Lost Property Procedure.
• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove, without refund, any guest who violates these Event Guidelines, disrupts the experience of other guests, or poses a risk to the safety and security of the event.
Health & Safety
• Some events may include intense lighting, laser, strobe, or other visual effects that may not be suitable for guests with photosensitive epilepsy.
• Lighting and laser effects used during the event may damage mobile phone cameras. Guests are advised to keep their devices away from direct exposure to such effects.
• In the event of an emergency, all guests must follow the instructions of venue staff and security personnel.
Photography & Recording
• Photography, video and audio recordings may be taken by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser during the event.
• By attending the event, guests acknowledge and agree that photographs, video and audio recordings in which they may appear may be used by Zorlu PSM and/or the organiser for promotional, advertising, marketing and corporate communication purposes without further notice or compensation.
Food & Beverage
• Guests wishing to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are recommended to make a reservation by calling +90 212 912 37 76, subject to availability.
• Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, The Grungy (located within Bites & Beats) and Taş Bar inside Zorlu PSM are available without a reservation.
Transportation • Zorlu PSM is directly accessible via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yenikapı–Hacıosman Metro Line. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation whenever possible.
• Guests travelling by private vehicle are advised to arrive at least one hour before the event due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center parking and valet services.
