Zorlu Performing Arts Center invites those eager to discover the world behind the scenes with the Unseen Tour family on a 5,000-step journey. Having welcomed more than 6 million guests to date, Zorlu PSM has now added the Unseen Extreme Tour to its program, offering an even more exciting experience alongside the Unseen Tour.
Designed for those curious about how large-scale productions come to life, the Unseen Tour reveals the world of artists through the lights, costumes, sets, dressing rooms, and behind-the-scenes areas.
The Unseen Extreme Tour takes this experience one step further, offering participants the opportunity to explore narrow spaces and areas located meters above the ground that are not included in the regular Unseen Tour. Limited to just 5 participants, the tour creates a more intimate and immersive experience.

The tour is suitable for participants aged 18 and over. Participants aged 14–18 may join the tour when accompanied by a parent (mother and/or father).
Participants must be at the Unseen Tour totem located in the Zorlu PSM cloakroom area with their tickets at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.
Participants arriving after the tour has started will not be admitted, even if they have a valid ticket. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another day.
The tour will involve walking throughout PSM for 60+ minutes and will include the use of stairs.
The technical areas along the tour route are not safe for high heels, sandals, similar open-toe shoes, or other hard-soled footwear. Participants are kindly requested to wear sports shoes with flexible soles.
Participant cards provided at the beginning of the tour must be worn visibly throughout the tour.
Before the tour, participants are required to leave shoulder bags, backpacks, phone cases with neck straps, and similar items that could get caught on equipment along the route at the cloakroom.
Recording with mobile phones, video cameras, cameras, or any other recording devices, as well as the use of selfie sticks, is prohibited during the tour. Participants may take photographs at the locations indicated by the tour guide. Participants are required to follow the tour guide’s instructions and keep their phones on silent throughout the tour.
Participants are kindly requested not to touch any installations or equipment in the areas visited during the tour and to follow the tour guide’s instructions regarding this matter.
Please note that the tour route is not fully accessible, as it involves extended periods of walking, going up and down stairs, and navigating narrow spaces. The tour is not suitable for guests with physical disabilities.
The tour includes entering enclosed and narrow spaces, accessing elevated areas, and using an elevator. At certain points, participants will need to remain close to other visitors and the tour guide for short periods. Participants with claustrophobia or a fear of heights are kindly requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
The tour includes areas with spot lighting. Participants with light sensitivity are kindly requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
Participants are solely responsible for any accidents or health issues that may occur during the tour.
The tour route may be subject to change depending on the production schedule on the day of the tour.
Outside food and beverages will not be permitted in the areas included in the tour route.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Those who fail to comply with this rule will be removed from PSM without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be provided.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the tour, with a refund of the ticket price.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to use video footage of tour participants on online streaming platforms. By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge and consent to the use of such footage.
Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases are strictly prohibited inside the event venue.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the tour route and schedule.
