Unseen Kids opens the magical world behind the scenes at Zorlu PSM to children! Designed for participants aged 8–12, this special tour takes them on an exciting journey filled with mystery and puzzles.
Throughout the tour, guided by a mysterious voice whispering in their ears, children uncover the secrets hidden behind the scenes at Zorlu PSM, step by step. As they solve the puzzles, they discover the different stages a production goes through before reaching the stage, as well as the roles and efforts of the behind-the-scenes heroes who make it all possible.
More than simply exploring a venue, Unseen Kids invites children to experience a story and enjoy the excitement of discovery.

The tour is suitable for participants aged 8–12.
The tours will take place without parents. Parents will meet the participants in front of the Unseen totem at the end of the tour.
Participants are required to be in front of the Unseen Tour totem located in the cloakroom area of Zorlu PSM at least 15 minutes before the tour start time, with their tickets.
Participants arriving after the tour has started will not be admitted, even if they have a valid ticket. Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred to another date.
The tour involves walking inside Zorlu PSM for 60+ minutes and includes the use of elevators and stairs. Participants are kindly requested to wear sports shoes with flexible soles.
Reflective vests provided to participants at the beginning of the tour must be worn throughout the tour.
Before the tour, participants are required to leave shoulder bags, backpacks, phone cases with neck straps, and similar belongings that may get caught on equipment along the route at the cloakroom.
The use of mobile phones, video cameras, cameras, or any other recording devices, as well as selfie sticks, is prohibited during the tour. Photos may be taken at designated points indicated by the tour guide.
Participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions throughout the tour and keep their phones on silent mode.
Participants are kindly requested not to touch any installations or equipment in the areas visited during the tour and to follow the tour guide’s instructions regarding these areas.
Please note that the tour route is not fully accessible, as it involves extended periods of walking, going up and down stairs, and navigating narrow spaces.
The tour includes entering enclosed and narrow spaces and using an elevator. In some areas, participants may be required to stay close to other visitors and the tour guide for short periods. Participants with claustrophobia are kindly requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
The tour includes areas with spotlight lighting. Participants with light sensitivity are kindly requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
Participants are responsible for any accidents or health issues that may occur during the tour.
The tour route may be subject to change depending on the production schedule on the day of the tour.
Outside food and beverages will not be permitted in the areas included in the tour route.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals it deems unsuitable for the tour, with a refund of the ticket price.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to use video footage of participants taken during the tour on online platforms. By participating in the tour, participants acknowledge and accept the use of such footage.
Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases will not be permitted inside the venue under any circumstances. Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the tour route and schedule.
The Bilet Friday Campaign is valid throughout November and is limited to 200 tickets.
