Bringing the elegance of classical music together with ethnic influences, improvisation, and contemporary textures, Ekaterina Shelehova is coming to Istanbul with her extraordinary vocal technique and captivating stage presence.

Having studied classical music and opera from an early age, Shelehova has created a distinctive musical world by combining her strong technical foundation with the musical heritage of different cultures. From opera to folk music, ethnic melodies to cinematic sounds, she uses her voice almost like an instrument, exploring a remarkably diverse sonic palette.

In performances where melodies and improvisation take the place of words, she takes audiences on a journey across different geographies and emotions, moving from powerful soprano vocals to delicate tones, dramatic crescendos, and sounds inspired by nature.

One of the key moments that brought the artist to the attention of audiences around the world was her performance of her original composition “Earth Melodies” on Italy’s Got Talent. Showcasing her improvisational vocal technique and distinctive musical approach, the performance reached millions of listeners across digital platforms.

Shelehova went on to expand her international audience with widely recognized interpretations such as “Savage Daughter,” bringing together the technical strength of her opera training, the freedom of improvisation, and inspiration drawn from diverse musical traditions.

At times evoking a traditional folk melody, at others the grandeur of an opera stage or the atmosphere of a cinematic world, Ekaterina Shelehova brings her captivating musical universe to Zorlu PSM on February 3, 2027.
