Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, program, and schedule.

The event is suitable for attendees aged 12 and over.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.

Doors open at 20:30 and the event starts at 21:30.

Once the event has started, entry to the auditorium may be restricted or delayed until an appropriate break, in accordance with the rules determined by the organizer and venue management.

Each ticket is valid only for the date, time, and seat specified on the ticket.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to verify guests’ identities at the event entrance. Only an ID card, driver’s license, or passport will be accepted as valid identification. Other documents, screenshots, or digital images will not be accepted.

For security purposes, bag and body searches may be conducted at the event entrance. Guests who do not consent to the security check may be denied entry.

Discounted tickets purchased under the Garanti BBVA Genç category are limited in number and are valid only upon presentation of a valid student ID.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to discounted ticket policies.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems necessary, with a refund of the ticket price.

As food and beverages are sold at Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.

Professional cameras, photographic equipment, and audio/video recording equipment are not permitted inside the event venue. Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, professional audio and video recording is prohibited.

Rules regarding mobile phone use may vary depending on the event. Guests are kindly requested to keep their phones on silent mode during the event and refrain from using them in a way that may negatively affect other guests’ experience.

Bringing sharp, pointed, flammable, explosive, or any other items that may pose a security risk into the event venue is prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without warning and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Cloakroom service is available. Guests are responsible for any personal belongings that are not left at the cloakroom.

Zorlu PSM is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or forgotten at the event venue. Found items are kept in accordance with Zorlu PSM’s Lost & Found Procedure.

Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event auditorium. Such items must be left at the cloakroom.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove, without a ticket refund, any guests who violate the event rules, negatively affect other guests’ experience, or pose a safety risk.

Some events may include intense lighting, laser, strobe, and visual effects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy.

The lighting and laser effects used during the event may damage mobile phone cameras. Guests are advised to keep their phones as far away from light and laser sources as possible.

In case of an emergency, guests are required to follow the instructions of security personnel and the event team.

Zorlu PSM and the organizer may take photographs, video footage, and audio recordings throughout the event. By attending the event, guests are deemed to have accepted that photographs, video footage, and audio recordings taken at the event venue may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, and corporate communications purposes.

Guests who wish to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are advised to make a reservation by calling 0212 912 37 76, subject to table availability.

Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy at Bites & Beats, as well as Taş Bar at Zorlu PSM, are available without prior reservation.

Zorlu PSM can be accessed directly via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yenikapı–Hacıosman Metro Line.

Guests using public transportation are advised to consider the metro as a convenient option.

Guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before the event starts to allow sufficient time to use the parking and valet services, as there may be congestion at Zorlu Center before the event.
