SHE WANTS REVENGE BY %100 MÜZİK
Continuing their productions in the genres of post-punk, gothic rock, and dance rock since their foundation in 2003 in San Fernando Valley, California, She Wants Revenge is coming to %100 Studio on the evening of September 7th with the contributions of %100 Müzik!
Los Angeles DJs Justin Warfield and Adam "Adam 12" Bravin formed She Wants Revenge in 2003, drawing inspiration from the emotional, Joy Division-influenced sound. Word of mouth, industry connections, and airplay on Sirius Satellite Radio and West Coast radio giant KCRW provided them with enough recognition to secure a record deal with Geffen.
This led to the release of their self-titled album in 2006, which drew comparisons to bands such as Interpol, early Depeche Mode, and the Bravery, as well as their aforementioned perpetually melancholic post-punk heroes. After touring with Depeche Mode, they released their album "This Is Forever" in 2007.
In 2007, She Wants Revenge featured on legendary producer Timbaland's album "Shock Value" with the song "Time." They subsequently released two EPs: "Save Your Soul" in 2008 and "Up & Down" the following year. A tour with the Psychedelic Furs paved the way for the band's third album, "Valleyheart," in 2011. The group went their separate ways in 2012 but reunited in 2015, treating their fans to the singles "Never" in 2016 and "Big Love" in 2018.
She Wants Revenge brings the punk spirit of Los Angeles to their fans worldwide, and on the evening of September 7th, they will meet their listeners in Istanbul at Zorlu PSM!
