Whether for personal or corporate gifting, the Zorlu PSM Gift Card is a perfect way to share unforgettable artistic experiences with your loved ones. Fill their hearts with the joy of art by giving the gift of culture and entertainment.
The Zorlu PSM Gift Card is available in denominations of TRY 1,500, TRY 2,500, and TRY 3,000. To purchase, simply send an email to hediyekart@zorlu.com or complete the form below.
Once activated, your Zorlu PSM Gift Card can be used to purchase tickets for concerts, theatre performances, stand-up shows, musicals, and many other events hosted at Zorlu PSM through passo.com.tr or at the Zorlu PSM box office. You can also check your card balance and receive detailed information at the box office.
The purchase and/or use of a Zorlu PSM Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Zorlu PSM Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
If a Zorlu PSM Gift Card is used by third parties, whether with or without the cardholder’s consent, such third parties shall also be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
Zorlu PSM Gift Cards are available only in denominations of TRY 1,500, TRY 2,500, and TRY 3,000 and may be purchased through zorlupsm.com.tr or at Zorlu PSM box offices.
Zorlu PSM Gift Cards may be used on passo.com.tr and at Zorlu PSM box offices.
To activate a Zorlu PSM Gift Card on passo.com.tr, the card number and the CVV code located on the back of the card must be entered.
Provided that the Gift Card has not been used, the digital card may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase without providing any reason, by objecting to the provisions of this Agreement. After this period, the Gift Card cannot be returned, cancelled, or redeemed for its remaining balance.
Zorlu PSM Gift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card.
The balance of a Zorlu PSM Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and no request for cash redemption shall be accepted.
A user may purchase more than one Zorlu PSM Gift Card.
The balance on a Zorlu PSM Gift Card may be used partially across multiple transactions.
Additional funds cannot be loaded onto a Zorlu PSM Gift Card.
Zorlu PSM Gift Cards are valid only for tickets to events organized by Zorlu PSM or co-organized by Zorlu PSM.
No cash change will be given for purchases made using a Zorlu PSM Gift Card. Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
For ticket purchases, payment may be made partly with a Zorlu PSM Gift Card and partly with other accepted payment methods.
More than one Zorlu PSM Gift Card cannot be used for the purchase of a single event ticket.
Invoices for Zorlu PSM Gift Card purchases will only be sent to the email address provided by the card purchaser.
You may check your Gift Card balance through passo.com.tr, the Passo mobile application, or at Zorlu PSM box offices.
The Zorlu PSM Gift Card is valid until 31 December 2026 from the date of its first use.
The safekeeping and use of the Zorlu PSM Gift Card are solely the responsibility of the cardholder. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.
The Gift Card number and three-digit security code must be kept confidential and should not be shared with anyone other than authorized box office or Zorlu PSM ticketing personnel.
Tickets purchased using a Zorlu PSM Gift Card are subject to the same general terms and conditions applicable to all event ticket purchases.
Zorlu PSM shall not be liable if the Gift Card is not received, or is received late by the intended recipient, due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to telecommunications system failures, transmission delays, loss of information or data, incorrect recipient information provided by the purchaser, non-delivery of the Gift Card to the specified email address, or emails sent by Passo being classified as spam or junk mail.
Zorlu PSM and E-KENT reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the agreement with a cardholder, cancel a Gift Card, or reject transactions carried out or attempted with a Gift Card if they suspect unlawful use or for any other legitimate reason. In such cases, any remaining balance on the Gift Card shall not be refunded.
All personal data provided in connection with the Gift Card shall be processed in accordance with the Sales Agreement available at www.passo.com.tr and the applicable provisions therein.
Zorlu PSM and E-KENT reserve the right to amend these Gift Card Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
