• By purchasing or using a Zorlu PSM Gift Card, you agree to abide by the Terms of Use for Zorlu PSM Gift Card. If third parties use the Zorlu PSM Gift Card with or without the knowledge of the cardholder, the third parties shall also be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• The Zorlu PSM Gift Card may be purchased at zorlupsm.com.tr or Zorlu PSM service counters with the card balance options limited to 250 TL, 500 TL and 1,000 TL.
• You may use your Zorlu PSM Gift Card at passo.com.tr and Zorlu PSM service counters.
• To activate your Zorlu PSM Gift Card, you have to register your card at passo.com.tr with the card number and the CVV number printed on the back of the card.
• Provided that Zorlu PSM Gift Card is not used, it may be returned within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase of the digital card, either by objecting to the terms and conditions of the Agreement or without providing any justification. After the specified return period, you may not return or cancel the gift card or reclaim your available balance.
• You may not use another Gift Card to purchase a Zorlu PSM Gift Card.
• You may not redeem your Zorlu PSM Gift Card balance in cash and/or request cash redemption.
• A single person may purchase multiple Zorlu PSM Gift Cards.
• You may utilize the balance of your Zorlu PSM Gift Card in partial amounts.
• It is not possible to add extra balance to your Zorlu PSM Gift Card.
• Zorlu PSM Gift Card is exclusively valid for purchasing tickets to Zorlu PSM and its collaborative events. No change will be provided for ticket purchases made using Zorlu PSM Gift Card. Nevertheless, the remaining card balance may be utilized during the purchase process, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
• Event ticket purchases may be made partially by using both the Zorlu PSM Gift Card and other accepted payment methods.
• Multiple Zorlu PSM Gift Cards may be used for the same event ticket.
• The invoice for the Zorlu PSM Gift Card shall only be sent to the email addresses provided by the cardholder.
• You may verify your Zorlu PSM Gift Card balance at passo.com.tr, Passo mobile application, and Zorlu PSM service counters.
• The Zorlu PSM Gift Card will be valid from the first usage date until 31/12/2023.
• It is the cardholder's sole responsibility to use and store the Zorlu PSM Gift Card. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the card will not be replaced.
• The Zorlu PSM Gift Card number and three-digit security number must be treated as confidential information and should not be disclosed to anyone other than the box office or Zorlu PSM ticketing staff.
• Event tickets purchased using the Zorlu PSM Gift Card are subject to general terms and conditions for purchase like all other event tickets.
• Zorlu PSM will not be held responsible for any delays, loss of information or data, or telecommunication line/system failures or malfunctions that may occur during the purchase of the Zorlu PSM Gift Card. Zorlu PSM also cannot be held responsible if the recipient does not receive the gift card e-mail from Passo due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser, or if the gift card is not delivered to the specified e-mail address due to factors beyond Zorlu PSM's control, such as spam or unsolicited email filters.
• Zorlu PSM and E-KENT reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with the cardholder, cancel the card, and reject transactions made or intended to be made with the card if they suspect the Zorlu PSM Gift Card is being used illegally or for other justifiable reasons. In such cases, the remaining balance will not be refunded to the cardholder.
• All personal data provided with the Gift Card will be handled in accordance with the Sales Agreement at www.passo.com.tr and processed within the framework of these terms and conditions.
• Zorlu PSM and E-KENT reserve the right to unilaterally amend the Terms of Use for the Gift Card.
