Baroć is a Berlin-based DJ and producer originally from Antakya, Türkiye. His musical identity has been shaped by more than a decade immersed in Istanbul's underground music scene. Blending deep, minimal, and dreamlike house with breakbeat influences and refined club-oriented elements, Baroć's sound is defined by emotive pads, dub-infused textures, warm basslines, and subtle Mediterranean influences.
Performing primarily on vinyl, Baroć strikes a seamless balance between functional club energy and genre-fluid storytelling, combining percussive grooves with atmospheric depth. He has performed in Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Prague, Rotterdam, and Vienna.
His mixes and performances have been featured on platforms including Operator Radio, Radio Rudina, HCKR Radio, and RES Radio, while sharing lineups with artists such as Mama Snake, Nene H, Alignment, Rachel Noon, and Luke Alessi.
In 2023, Baroć released his debut vinyl record on the Amsterdam-based label Rave Your Soul. He is also the founder and creative director of KOF Project, Istanbul's first independent electronic music platform, established in 2021. Since its launch, KOF Project has supported and hosted more than 300 local and international artists.
Alongside his DJ career, Baroć is currently working on new productions and preparing a series of upcoming music releases.
