The event is suitable for guests aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to attend.
As food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the venue is not permitted.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not allowed inside the venue.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
Guests are responsible for any belongings not left at the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule.
Student tickets are limited in capacity and are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID. Student IDs must be presented to event staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, with the ticket price refunded.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking area and valet service. Thank you for your understanding.
Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy will be used during the event.
Event wristbands must be worn on the wrist at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event. Please do not lose your ticket.
Each ticket, together with the wristband attached at the time of ticket validation, grants the holder entry to the event venue within the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of admission rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
During the event, please keep your phones away from the show lights that use bright lights and lasers.
