• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, programme and schedule.

• Doors open at 10:00 AM, and the event starts at 10:00 AM.

• The event is subject to capacity limitations. The QR code provides priority access only and does not guarantee entry to the event venue.

• Entry to the event venue is managed in accordance with venue capacity and security conditions. Once capacity is reached, or whenever deemed necessary for security reasons, entry may be limited or suspended.

• After the event has started, entry to the venue may be limited or suspended in accordance with the rules determined by the organizer.

Entry

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to conduct ID checks at the event entrance. Only a valid ID card, driver’s license or passport is accepted. Other documents, screenshots or digital images will not be accepted.

• For security reasons, bag and body checks may be conducted at the entrance. Guests who do not consent to security checks may be denied entry.

• Depending on the event capacity and format, an event wristband may be required upon entry. At events where wristbands are used, the wristband must remain on the guest’s wrist throughout the event.

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue when deemed necessary.

Event Venue Rules

• As food and beverages are available for purchase at Zorlu PSM venues, bringing outside food or beverages into the event venue is prohibited.

• Unless otherwise specified by the organizer, professional cameras, photography equipment, and professional audio or video recording equipment are not permitted inside the event venue. Professional audio and video recording is prohibited.

• Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not permitted inside the event venue.

• Sharp, pointed, flammable, combustible or explosive materials (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), laser pointers and any items that may pose a security risk are prohibited inside the event venue.

• A cloakroom service is available. Guests are responsible for any personal belongings that are not left at the cloakroom.

• Zorlu PSM is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind at the event venue. Found items are kept in accordance with Zorlu PSM’s Lost & Found Procedure.

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove from the event venue anyone who violates the event rules, negatively affects the experience of other guests or poses a security risk.

Health & Safety

• In case of an emergency, guests must follow the instructions of security personnel and the event team.

Photo, Video & Audio Recording

• Photo, video and audio recordings may be made by Zorlu PSM and the organizer throughout the event.

• By attending the event, guests are deemed to have accepted that photo, video and audio recordings taken at the event venue may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing and corporate communications purposes.

Food & Beverage

• You can enjoy food and beverage services at Focamia, Ppang, Rancero and The Grungy, located in the Bites & Beats area, without a reservation.

Transportation

• Zorlu PSM can be accessed directly via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yenikapı–Hacıosman Metro Line. Guests are advised to consider using the metro when choosing public transportation.

• Guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before the event starts, as this will allow sufficient time to use the parking and valet services at Zorlu Center due to potential congestion before the event.
