Doors open at 19:30, and the event starts at 21:00.

The event is suitable for guests aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.

Guests are required to be at the event entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event start time.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and schedule.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with the ticket price refunded.

Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.

Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the venue.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Guests who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without warning and will not be eligible for a ticket refund.

The organizer has the right to use video footage of attendees recorded during the event on online broadcasting platforms. By attending the event, guests acknowledge and consent to the use of such footage.

For events at %100 Studio and touché by N Kolay, guests who purchase “Dinner Ticket” or “Front Row” categories are required to make a reservation. Guests with “Dinner Ticket” or “Front Row” tickets can make reservations by calling 0212 912 37 76 between 13:00 and 22:00 or by emailing zorlupsmdestek@vestel.com.tr. Guests with other ticket categories may take any available seats in the venue from doors opening.

Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.

No food service will be available after the event starts. Therefore, guests with dinner tickets or those who wish to have a meal are kindly requested to arrive at the venue 1 hour before the event starts. During the event, only snack items from the venue’s menu will continue to be served. Thank you for your understanding.

The event has unnumbered seating and shared-table seating. Guests may be seated at the same table as other audience members.
