The event is suitable for guests aged 18 and over. Guests under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
Guests are required to arrive at the event entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event start time. Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse admission to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
The event has unnumbered seating. Tables are shared.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the event venue.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the event venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be provided.
The organizer has the right to use video footage of participants taken during the event on online platforms. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and accept the use of such footage.
For events at %100 Studio and touché by N Kolay, guests purchasing tickets in the “Dinner Ticket” and “Front Row” categories can make a reservation. Guests with “Dinner Ticket” and “Front Row” tickets can make reservations by calling +90 212 912 37 76 between 13:00 and 22:00 or by emailing zorlupsmdestek@vestel.com.tr. Guests purchasing tickets in categories other than “Dinner Ticket” and “Front Row” may take any available seats in the venue starting from the door opening time.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
No food service will be provided after the event starts. Therefore, guests with dinner tickets or those wishing to have a meal are kindly requested to arrive at the venue 1 hour before the event starts. During the event, only snacks from our menu will continue to be served. Thank you for your understanding.
