As food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not allowed inside the event venue.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Those who fail to comply with this rule will be removed from the event venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be provided.
The minimum age for entry is 7. Guests under the age of 7 are not permitted to enter. All guests aged 7 and above are required to have a ticket.
Guests are responsible for any belongings that are not left at the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Student tickets are limited in capacity and are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID. Students are required to present their student ID to event staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy will be used during the event.
Event wristbands must be worn on the wrist at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances throughout the event. Please do not lose your ticket.
A ticket, together with the wristband attached at the time of ticket validation, grants the holder access to the event venue during the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist for any reason, will result in the loss of the right of entry. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
During the event, please keep your phones away from the stage lighting where light effects and lasers are used.
