Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the event.
Guests are required to be at the venue entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event start time.
Guests are required to comply with the designated seating arrangement and must remain in their assigned seats throughout the event.
The seating arrangement may be subject to change in accordance with the regulations and official notices of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
No guests will be admitted to the venue after the event has started.

Student tickets are limited in capacity and are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID. Student IDs must be shown to event staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
Bringing food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.
Bringing cameras or photographic equipment into the venue is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone who violates this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be provided.
Due to potential crowds at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to enter the area at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the Parking and Valet services. Thank you for your understanding.

Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
