A City of Shadows is a participatory experience for audiences aged 6 and over that combines urban dance, contemporary culture, object manipulation, and experimentation with the physics of colour and light.
An experiential performance for curious audiences, A City of Shadows brings together light, objects, and urban dance to create a unique participative workshop-show where spectators can experiment with the physics of light and colour while enjoying movement.
The performance explores how hybrid stage experiences can become accessible, uninhibiting, exciting, collaborative, and pedagogical tools for young audiences, opening new relationships between spectator, science, and art.

Event Rules
Event Information
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, program, and schedule.
The event is suitable for guests aged 6 and over.
Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.
Doors open at 12:45, and the event starts at 13:00.
Doors open at 15:45, and the event starts at 16:00.
Entry to the venue after the event has started may be restricted or suspended in accordance with the rules determined by the organizer.
Tickets & Entry
One ticket is valid for one person and grants access to the event venue.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to verify guests’ identities at the entrance. Only an ID card, driver’s license, or passport is accepted. Other documents, screenshots, or digital images will not be considered valid.
For security reasons, bag and body checks may be conducted at the entrance. Guests who do not consent to security checks may be denied entry.
Special discounted tickets for Garanti BBVA Genç are only valid for Garanti BBVA Genç customers. ID checks will be conducted at the entrance. Ticket holders who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be admitted.
Guests using discounted tickets must present valid documentation proving their eligibility for the discount at the entrance. If valid documentation cannot be provided, the organizer reserves the right to request payment of the difference between the discounted and full ticket price or deny entry to the venue.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue when deemed necessary.
Venue Rules
As food and beverages are sold at Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
Professional cameras, photographic equipment, and professional audio or video recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue. Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, professional audio or video recording is prohibited.
Sharp, pointed, flammable, combustible, or explosive materials, as well as any items that may pose a security risk, are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas of Zorlu PSM.
Cloakroom service is available. Guests are responsible for personal belongings not left at the cloakroom.
Zorlu PSM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings. Found items will be kept in accordance with Zorlu PSM’s Lost and Found Procedure.
Large suitcases and bulky items are not permitted inside the event venue.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to remove, without refund, anyone who violates the event rules, negatively affects other guests’ experience, or poses a security risk.
Health & Safety
Certain events may feature intense lighting, lasers, strobe effects, and visual effects that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy.
Lighting and laser effects used during the event may damage phone cameras. Guests are advised to keep their phones as far away from light and laser sources as possible.
In case of an emergency, guests must follow the instructions of security personnel and the event staff.
Photography, Video & Audio Recording
Zorlu PSM and the organizer may take photographs, video, and audio recordings during the event.
By attending the event, guests are deemed to have accepted that photographs, video, and audio recordings taken at the venue may be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, and corporate communications purposes.
Food & Beverage
Guests wishing to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are advised to make a reservation by calling 0212 912 37 76, subject to table availability.
Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy at Taş Bar and Bites & Beats are available before and after the event without a reservation.
Transportation
Zorlu PSM can be accessed directly via Gayrettepe Metro Station on the M2 Yenikapı–Hacıosman Metro Line.
Guests using public transportation are advised to consider the metro option.
Guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to arrive at least 1 hour before the event starts to allow sufficient time for parking and valet services, due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event.
