• The event door opening time is 10:00 and the event start time is 16:00

• As our event has limited capacity, the QR code you receive only grants priority entry. Entry to the event is not guaranteed.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the event area as Zorlu PSM sells food and drinks within its premises.

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event area and time.

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny admittance to the venue by refunding the ticket fee if it deems unsuitable for the event.

• Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event area and time.

• The event includes visual effects that are not suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

• Depending on the event capacity and type, attendees may be required to wear wristbands. Wristbands must always be worn during the event.

• Items not left in the cloakroom are the responsibility of the owner.

• Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event time, we recommend our guests who are arriving by their own vehicles, to enter the venue at least 1 hour prior to the event to avoid any delays in Parking and Valet services. We appreciate your understanding.

• - Explosive, flammable, or toxic items (gas substances, pepper gas and etc.) are prohibited in the festival area.

• Since video recording is strictly prohibited at the event, professional video recorders will not be allowed in the area. Additionally, "Selfie and GoPro sticks" are not permitted in the event area.
