This event is not suitable for non-Turkish speakers.
The tour is suitable for participants aged 18 and above. Participants aged 14-18 can join the tour under the supervision of their parents (mother and/or father).
You must be at the Unseen Tour totem located in the Zorlu PSM cloakroom area at least 15 minutes before the tour start time with your ticket.
Participants who arrive after the tour has started, even if they have tickets, cannot join the tour, and ticket refunds or transfers to another day are not possible.
The tour will be conducted in a walking arrangement inside PSM for 90+ minutes, and stairs will be used.
Technical areas on the tour route are not safe for high-heeled shoes, sandals, and similar open shoes, as well as other hard-soled shoes. Participants are requested to wear elastic-soled sports shoes for the tour.
Participant cards given to you at the beginning of the tour must be carried visibly throughout the tour.
Before the tour, participants must leave items such as shoulder bags, backpacks, neck-strap phone cases, etc., and (especially items that could fall down the catwalk) keys, coins, and other hard materials in the cloakroom.
Participants who do not leave their belongings in the cloakroom before the tour will not be allowed to join the tour.
Recording with mobile phones, video cameras, cameras, etc., and the use of selfie sticks are prohibited during the tour. Photos can be taken at points indicated by the tour guide.
It is necessary to pay attention to the guide's warnings and keep phones on silent mode during the tour.
Do not touch installations and equipment in the areas visited during the tour, and -please follow the guide's warnings in this regard.
Please note that this tour route may not be completely accessible due to long walks, climbing up/down stairs, and narrow spaces.
During the tour, participants will ascend to the catwalk on the Main Stage. Participants who do not want to climb to the catwalk due to fear of heights or any other reason are requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
Closed and narrow spaces will be entered, and elevators will be used during the tour. There will be some areas where you need to be close to other visitors and the guide for short periods. Participants with a fear of enclosed spaces are requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
Areas with spotlights will be entered during the tour. Participants with light sensitivity are requested to inform the tour guide in advance.
Participants are personally responsible for any accidents or health problems that may occur during the tour.
Changes to the tour route may occur based on the production schedule for the day of the tour.
No outside food and drinks will be allowed in the areas covered by the tour route.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the enclosed areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply with this rule will be removed from PSM without warning, and ticket refunds will not be issued.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the conditions of discounted ticket purchases.
Zorlu PSM has the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the tour, refunding the ticket fee.
The right to use video recordings of participants on online broadcasting platforms belongs to Zorlu PSM, and participants agree to this use by participating in the tour.
Inflammable and/or explosive liquids or gases will not be allowed into the event area.
Zorlu PSM has the right to make changes to the tour route and schedule.
