Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Anyone who violates this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be provided.
The organizer holds the rights to use video footage of event attendees on online broadcasting platforms. By attending the event, attendees are deemed to have accepted the use of such footage.
At %100 Studio and touché by N Kolay events, reservations are available for guests who purchase tickets in the “Dining Ticket” and “Front Row” categories. Guests with “Dining Ticket” and “Front Row” tickets can make a reservation by calling +90 212 912 37 76 between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM or by emailing zorlupsmdestek@vestel.com.tr. At %100 Studio and touché by N Kolay events, guests with tickets outside the “Dining Ticket” and “Front Row” categories may take any available seats in the venue starting from the door opening time.
Due to possible congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid losing time at the parking lot and valet service. Thank you for your understanding.
Food service is not available after the event has started. Therefore, guests with dining tickets or those who wish to have a meal are kindly requested to arrive at the venue 1 hour before the event start time. During the event, only snack items from our menu will continue to be served. Thank you for your understanding.
