SEASONS WITH BABYCONCERTS: SPRING

Welcome spring together with BabyConcerts on March 15 at Zorlu PSM %100 Studio!

During this 45-minute classical music concert, young art lovers will listen to works by world-renowned composers such as W.A. Mozart, G. Bizet, and J. Strauss, accompanied by a springtime fairy tale. The program will also feature pieces from Vivaldi’s famous Four Seasons concertos, and little ones will have the unique opportunity to meet a real ballerina.

Note: The event will last approximately 45 minutes. There is no assigned seating; cushions and chairs will be available. Open to participants of all ages (0+).

Artists:

Ayşe Didem Karakaya – Flute (Turkey)
Continuing her career in chamber music, Karakaya has performed in prestigious venues and festivals with ensembles such as Marsyas Flute Quartet, Trio ad Libitum, Pera Quartet, and Duo Olympos. In 2015, she organized Flütistan, Turkey’s first international flute gathering. She currently teaches chamber music and flute at Topkapı University.

Alise Juska Savga – Violin (Latvia)
Trained in Amsterdam, Savga has led Baroque orchestras across Europe and performed as a soloist in various ensembles. She teaches early music interpretation at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music and has collaborated with DJs, incorporating electric violin into her performances.

Kasia Özdemir – Violin (Poland)
A master's graduate from the Poznań Academy of Music, Özdemir has participated in music competitions and worked for a music agency in Italy. She has played in orchestras in Egypt, Tunisia, Qatar, and China and has extensive international experience as a violin teacher, actively performing in both classical and popular music.

Feride Berin Varol – Cello (Turkey)
A graduate of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory, Varol has produced her own programs for TRT Radio 3. As a pianist, arranger, and cellist, she continues to record and perform with various orchestras and ensembles.

İbrahim Barulay – Narrator (Turkey)
Barulay began his theater career with the Akdamar Children’s and Youth Theater Festival. After graduating from high school, he acted at Van State Theater before earning a degree in Acting from Erzurum Atatürk University Stage Arts. He later completed a master’s program in Musicology at İTÜ State Conservatory. From 2014 to 2017, he performed in numerous plays with Semaver Kumpanya. In 2024, he premiered his solo play Apsolit under Strandom Arthouse, a platform he co-founded to expand interdisciplinary and experimental works.

Olga Yürükoğlu – Ballerina (Azerbaijan)
Yürükoğlu started ballet training at the age of six in Baku and performed with the Baku State Opera and Ballet. She has appeared on prestigious stages such as Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, Kremlin Theatre, Atatürk Cultural Center (AKM) in Istanbul, and Ankara State Opera and Ballet. She continues to teach at private institutions.

  • Event doors open at 10:30 AM & 13:30 PM, and the event starts at 11:00 AM & 14:00 PM.
EVENT RULES
  • The event is suitable for attendees aged 0 and above.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue, as food and beverages will be available for purchase at Zorlu PSM.
  • Cameras and recording devices are not permitted inside the venue.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who violate this rule will be removed from the venue without warning, and no ticket refunds will be issued.
  • All attendees require a ticket, except babies aged 0-1. Participants aged 1-18 must purchase a child ticket, while those over 18 must purchase an adult ticket.
  • Latecomers will not be admitted after the event has started.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the owner if not left at the cloakroom.
  • Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed inside the event hall.
  • Zorlu PSM reserves the right to modify discount ticket conditions.
  • Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event’s time and venue.
  • Student tickets are limited in capacity and valid only with a student ID, which must be presented upon entry.
  • The event will include lighting effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy.
  • Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with a full ticket refund.
  • Due to potential crowds at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to enter the venue at least one hour in advance to avoid delays in parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
