As food and beverages are sold within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the event venue.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM’s indoor areas. Anyone who violates this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be issued.
The minimum age for entry is 7. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted to enter. Guests aged 7 and above are required to purchase a ticket.
Guests are responsible for any belongings that are not left at the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets. Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event venue and/or schedule.
Student tickets are limited in availability and are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID. Student IDs must be presented to event staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy will be used during the event.
Event wristbands must remain on your wrist at all times. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances throughout the event. Please do not lose your ticket.
A ticket, together with the wristband attached at the time of ticket validation, grants the holder entry to the event venue during the hours designated by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist in any way, will result in the loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets and/or wristbands.
During the event, please keep your phones away from the stage lighting where light and laser effects are used.
