The event is suitable for children aged 2 and above.
Guests are kindly requested to be at the event venue with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event starts.
Guests who wish to dine at Cheers Restaurant before the event are kindly advised to make a reservation at +90 212 912 37 76 to avoid any issues regarding table availability.
You can also enjoy the food and beverage options at Focamia, Ppang, Rancero, and The Grungy in the Bites & Beats area without a reservation.
As food and beverages are available for purchase within Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food or beverages into the venue is not permitted.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests who do not comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Event wristbands must be worn on the wrist at all times. Please do not remove your wristband under any circumstances during the event. Please do not lose your ticket.

Bringing food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
Depending on the nature of the event, guests may be required to remain quiet and keep their phones switched off or on silent mode.
Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a ticket, regardless of any minimum or maximum age limits. Guests are responsible for any belongings not left at the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet services. Thank you for your understanding.
