The event is suitable for attendees aged 13 and over. Attendees under the age of 13 are not permitted to attend the event.
As food and beverages are sold throughout Zorlu PSM, bringing outside food and drinks into the event venue is prohibited.
Cameras and photographic equipment are not permitted inside the venue.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Anyone who violates this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning, and no ticket refund will be issued.
All attendees must have a valid ticket, regardless of whether they fall within the event's minimum or maximum age limits.
No entry to the auditorium will be permitted after the event has started.
Guests are responsible for any belongings not left in the cloakroom.
Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the auditorium.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Student tickets are subject to limited availability and are valid only upon presentation of a student ID. Students must present their student ID to event staff on the day of the event.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny admission to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event, with a refund of the ticket price.

Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are advised to enter the venue at least one hour before the event starts to avoid delays at the car park and valet service. Thank you for your understanding.
