The event is suitable for attendees aged 14 and above.
Attendees under the age of 14 are not allowed to attend the event.
Guests must be ready with their tickets at the event entrance at least 1 hour before the event's start time.
No entry will be allowed after the event has started.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, and refunds will not be provided.
Bringing food and drinks into the event venue is prohibited.
Bringing cameras and photo equipment into the event venue is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Zorlu PSM indoor areas. Anyone violating this rule will be removed from the event space without warning, and no ticket refunds will be provided.
Due to potential traffic at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by car are recommended to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking lot and valet.
Guests are responsible for their belongings if they do not leave them at the cloakroom.
Large bags and suitcases are not permitted in the event hall.
Photography and video recording are prohibited during the show. Guests taking photos or videos will be warned by staff using a laser pointer. Those who continue filming after the warning will be escorted out of the venue.
