Doors open at 8:00 PM, and the event starts at 9:00 PM.

The event is suitable for attendees aged 18 and over.

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the event.

Guests are required to be at the venue entrance with their tickets at least 1 hour before the event starts.

Guests must comply with the designated seating arrangement and remain in their assigned seats throughout the event.

The seating arrangement may be subject to change in accordance with the regulations and official guidelines of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

No guests will be admitted to the venue after the event has started.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to make changes to the event venue and/or event time.

Student tickets are limited in capacity and are valid upon presentation of a valid student ID. Student IDs must be presented to event staff on the day of the event.

Zorlu PSM reserves the right to deny admission to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, with the ticket price refunded.

Bringing food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.

Bringing cameras and photographic equipment into the venue is prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Guests who fail to comply with this rule will be removed from the venue without prior warning and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.

Due to potential traffic and congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, guests arriving by private vehicle are advised to enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event to avoid delays at the parking and valet areas. Thank you for your understanding.

Everyone entering the event venue is required to have a ticket, regardless of age.

Guests are responsible for any belongings that are not left at the cloakroom.

Suitcases and large backpacks are not permitted inside the event hall.
