Touching the hearts of listeners around the world, Silvana Estrada transforms themes of personal loss, healing, and rebirth into a deeply immersive musical journey with her new album Vendrán Suaves Lluvias. Following her critically acclaimed 2022 release Marchita, which earned her the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist, Estrada created this album during a period marked by profound losses and inner fractures after intense touring and major success.
Taking its name from a poetic line meaning “Soft Rains Will Come,” the album enriches its indie-folk foundation with touches of jazz, tropicália, minimalist classical music, and Latin influences. Fully self-produced by Estrada, the album creates a safe and intimate space for the listener through songs that move between anger, grief, vulnerability, and hope. Recorded with longtime collaborators as well as Oscar-nominated composer Owen Pallett and a select group of Montreal-based musicians, the album carries both emotional and cinematic depth.

Following Silvana Estrada’s performance at %100 Studio on May 15, Gülinler will take the stage. For nearly fifteen years, Gülinler has continued to compose, perform concerts, and tour with Büyük Ev Ablukada. During the same period, she also co-founded the short-lived duo heranherşeyolabilir, and has appeared as one of the “angel” backing vocalists on two albums by Ari Barokas.
