- Presale tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Backstage tickets provide special privileges such as access to a private area near the DJ booth, a private bar, a private restroom, and special service from waiters without waiting in line.
- The event is suitable for participants aged 18 and over.
- Participants should be ready at the event entrance with their tickets at least one hour before the start of the event.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of discounted ticket purchases.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Violators will be escorted out of the event without warning and ticket refunds will not be issued.
- Zorlu PSM has the right to change the event location and time.
- Zorlu PSM reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems inappropriate for the event and refund their ticket price.
- One ticket, together with the wristband provided at ticketing, grants the holder entry to the event at times designated by the organizer. Losing the ticket or wristband will result in loss of entry rights. Zorlu PSM and the organizer are not responsible for lost tickets or wristbands.
- The wristband must be worn at all times during the event. Do not remove your wristband under any circumstances and keep your ticket safe.
- Items left in the cloakroom are the responsibility of the owner.
- Large suitcases and backpacks are not allowed in the event venue.
- The event may include light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for epileptic patients.
- Bringing outside food and drink into the event venue is prohibited.
- Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras), and selfie sticks are not allowed in the event area.
