No audience will be allowed into the venue once the event has started. Latecomers will be admitted to the venue after the event takes a break.
Recording videos or taking photographs, including with phones, is strictly prohibited during the event.
The doors open at 20:00, and the event starts at 21:00.
There is a 12-year age limit. Audience members under 12 years old are not allowed to attend the event.
The theater producer reserves the right to change the event location, time, and ticket prices.
The theater producer has the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable, offering a refund for the ticket price.
Guests must adhere to the assigned seating arrangement. Seats must be occupied as per the designated seating plan throughout the event.
The seating arrangement may change according to the regulations and official notices of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Bringing food and drinks into the event venue is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Zorlu PSM. Those who do not comply with this rule will be escorted out of the venue without prior warning, and tickets will not be refunded.
Due to potential congestion at Zorlu Center before the event, it is recommended that guests arriving by car enter the venue at least 1 hour before the event time to avoid delays at the parking lot and valet service. Thank you for your understanding.
Zorlu PSM reserves the right to change the event location and time.
Everyone entering the event venue, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.
The responsibility for items not left at the cloakroom rests with the owner.
Luggage and large backpacks are not allowed into the event hall.
Bringing cameras and photography equipment into the event venue is prohibited.
