Experimental jazz band Jaga Jazzist will blow Norwegian winds as a part of PSM Jazz Festival on May 6th 2021!

When the “A Livingroom Hush” albums they released in 2002 with the label Smalltown Supersound/Ninja Tune was selected as the best jazz album of the year by BBC, all eyes were turned to Jaga Jazzist. Established by Lars and Martin Horntveth, the band debuted in 1996 with their “Jævla Jazzist Grete Stitz” albums. With their energetic live performances, fresh sound and melodic jazz formation the band grew their own fan base and expanded their musical palette by including different instruments such as trumpet, trombone, electric guitar, bass guitar, tuba, clarinet and vibraphone. The Norwegian group, who are inspired by diverse musical geniuses such as Talk Talk, Aphex Twin and John Coltrane have released six studio albums so far. Jaga Jazzist, who will bring a breath of fresh air to PSM Jazz Festival with her experimental jazz sounds, is coming to %100 Studio on May 6th, 2021!
