American star Angel Olsen, who takes us on a journey towards both the sky and into ourselves with her own, genuine indie-folk melodies is coming to PSM Jazz Festival on June 29th as a part of her talked-about album “All Mirrors” European tour!
Singer and song-songwriter Angel Olsen, who has collaborated with names such as Mark Ronson and Alex Cameron has been taking her place at the top of every festival line-up lately. Starting her musical career by singing at coffee shops in St. Louis, the artist's music along with various projects, groups and solo productions exponentially increased her fan base. Soon enough, artists like Mac DeMarco, Franz Ferdinand, and Alice Phoebe Lou were covering her songs. In 2019, she found a new sound with her album "All Mirrors", an attempt at revealing her defenseless side and accepting her own self. The Jagjaguwar labeled album took place in NPR’s 20 Most-Loved Albums of 2019 list and managed to take 52nd place on the Billboard 200 list aside from all the perfect reviews it received from both her fans and critics. Aside from finding the smallest details, we find the whole universe in her hazy but crystal-clear voice. Don’t miss American star Angel Olsen’s unforgettable performance at PSM Jazz Festival on June 9th as a part of her “All Mirrors” album’s European tour.
“I hope to keep growing as an artist, and it’s really cool to see that people want to come and listen to my music. But I don’t really want to be a pop star. I don’t want to merge into that world. It’s fun to collaborate with pop stars sometimes” – Angel Olsen 2020
