Born of an Italian father and a French mother, accustomed while still young to return trips between France and the United States, de facto a European, Charles Pasi signed with Blue Note in 2015, for three albums. Growing up with musical heroes like Percy Sledge and BB King, Pasi started writing his songs in English. Critically acclaimed as one of the most prominent bloomers of French contemporary music, Pasi remained a calm man in a polyvocal world. With an endless love for music, he stayed true to his harmonica and his pen, to feel music in all of his bones. Pasi released his first album “Mainly Blue” when he was just 22 and gained critical acclaim. The album debuted at number five on Memphis International Blues Challenge, and Pasi’s fame started to travel out of France.

In 2017, Pasi released “Bricks” with Blue Note label and presented his audience with a sophisticated work. Pasi will be at Zorlu PSM as a part of XXF!
