A joint effort of Zorlu PSM and Dutch Consulate, Dutch Ding-a-Dong will offer a platform for emerging Dutch artists. The festival aims to unite music enthusiasts and music professionals on the base of new-generation Dutch sounds and tunes within two weeks. Dutch Ding-a-Dong will take place between the dates of April 17th and May 2nd and will 6 artists.

Dutch producers, DJ’s and live act Kraak & Smaak have built up a jaw-dropping track record since their first EP dropped in the early 00s: five studio albums, four remix albums and a long string of singles and remixes on labels such as Jalapeno Records, Future Disco and Spinnin’. Their original sound, consisting of a blend of disco, funk, electronic and house music, has also brought their DJ sets and the live band to all corners of the world and on festivals such as Glastonbury, SXSW and, Coachella. At this moment the trio is working on their 6th studio album and preparing another world tour for 2019.
The past two years make the upward spiraling of Klangstof undeniable. Following the release of their successful debut album ‘Close Eyes To Exit’, Klangstof completed extensive tours around the globe with The Flaming Lips, Miike Snow, and Jagwar Ma. In 2017, Klangstof became the first Dutch band to play the world-renowned Coachella festival in the US; a remarkable achievement that tells all you need to know about the band’s abundant musical ability. That same year, Klangstof won the award for ‘Best Alternative Act’ at the Edison awards, the Dutch equivalent of the Grammys. After their follow-up EP ‘Everest’ came out they completed an astonishing headline tour across Europe, selling out London and Berlin among others.
