Famous for bringing together French house music and Balear rhythms, "cosmic disco" producer Aeroplane will be performing at Studio on October 7th!

Vito De Luca aka Aeroplane, the Italian-Belgian producer is a pioneer of the nu-disco and Balearica music scene. His unique “analog house” sound and distinct writing style sets him apart from the rest. Aeroplane’s debut full-length album We Can’t Fly, an in depth trip into Balearics with a large dose of AOR and Moroder-influenced disco, was released on 2010. Well ahead of its time, the album is an obvious precursor to many of the releases of similar genre

2016 has been a year of impressive collaborations for Aeroplane. He has released an EP with UK electronic powerhouse Alex Metric as Metroplane. Both tracks on the EP – “Mr. E” and “Over Me” have gained support from Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Triple J, Dancing Astronaut, and MixMag. Aeroplane continues to tour all over the world.

He has produced several HypeMachine-charting remixes, including Justin Timberlake’s “Suit and Tie,” Mystery Skull’s “Paralyzed,” and Charli XCX’s “Boom Clap” and performed at Made in America 2015, TomorrowWorld 2015, NOS Alive Festival 2015, Space Ibiza Resident DJ Summer 2015, and Coachella 2014 during successful North American and European tours. 



Another multi-purpose place within Zorlu Performans Sanatları Merkezi is the Studio... 300 m2 big and with its changing capacity of 110 to 500 people, the saloon is opened for different activities. With its high equipped control and cutting rooms, the place enables symphonic and film music records in world standards, VIP solo music performances and recitals, press conferences, meeting events with the artists, rehearsals, workshops and coaching to the artists.

The Studio has hosted many well-known artist's recordings, rehearsals and press conferences up to know. It hosted many world stars such as Kenan Doğulu, Hugh Jackman, Fazıl Say, Russel Crowe and continues hosting.

Also defined as a new born concert place inside the PSM, the Studio started to become a place to many boutique concerts such as Elif Çağlar's and Xjazz Festival. It is also like a cut out for the theaters plays black box typed presentations...
